  • 1993-1994 Research Fellow at the Kellogg Radiation Laboratory of the California Institute of Technology, USA
  • 1999 Privat-Dozent (Habilitation in Physics), University of Basel
  • 2001-2005 Project Manager at nagra
  • 2006-2011 Research Associate at the Laboratory for Reactor Physics and Systems Behaviour at the Paul Scherrer Institute, Villigen, Switzerland
  • 2012-2014 Station Nuclear Engineer at the Axpo NPP Beznau, Switzerland
  • Since 2015 Head of the section Reactor at the Axpo NPP Beznau, Switzerland
